Since implementing this system, we’ve received over 400 service requests, representing more than 200 hours of work dedicated to maintaining and improving campus assets. These visualized submissions highlight the range of issues addressed. A seasonal bar chart shows how requests vary throughout the year, with 50 submissions in spring, 78 in summer, and 39 in fall. This steady stream of requests demonstrates how essential year-round attention is to keeping our campus in top shape. Timely submissions ensure we can prioritize and address issues effectively, making it crucial for everyone to report concerns as they arise. Together, these efforts help sustain a safe and well-maintained environment for all.
